The Holland Court Hotel is situated in the fashionable and upmarket Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, within 2 minutes walking distance from Kensington High Street and Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre. High Street Kensington shopping facilities and restaurants are round the corner, together with Kensington palace and the Exclusive Holland Park.

This Georgian period Town House was totally refurbished to become a very attractive hotel where each room is double -glazed and in average medium in size. Each room is equipped with TV, refrigerator, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are traditionally furnished with a relaxing pale yellow and gold colour effect. Bathrooms are also in very good condition.

The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor together with the Bar and Lounge area. This is a "conservatory style" room, featuring a glass wall overlooking a nice private garden, where breakfast is served on Summer days. The "Residents Only Bar" serves drinks, cocktails and bar snacks and is open to residents and their guests.
