The hotel is located on the Festival Leisure Park set in its own grounds overlooking the picturesque garden and fishing lake, 40 minutes from Stansted Airport and 8 miles from Junction 29 of the M25. You can reach London in approximately 40 minutes by train to Fenchurch Street Station (near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge) and from there you can walk to Tower Hill Underground Station (Circle and District Lines) which will give you access to the whole of Central London Transport system.

The rooms are medium in size and decorated with light wooden furniture and pastel colours and are in good condition. You will find the following amenities: Individually Controlled Air Conditioning, Tea and Coffee making facilities, work desk, Cable and Satellite TV and a Hair Dryer.

The Junction Restaurant on the 1st floor serves buffet style breakfast/buffet style lunch and a la carte dinner. Additional to this is the contemporary Lounge Bar in the centre of the hotel lounge area with views to the patio area, garden & lake. Lounge bar serving beverages, and lounge menu available.
